About our cancellation policy

We reserve time exclusively for you, when you make an appointment at House of Beauty London you are accepting our cancellation policy. We require a 50% deposit when booking any treatment to secure your appointment. This does get deducted after your treatment however; we require 24hrs notice for any cancellation or rescheduling if we do not receive 24hrs notice this fee will be taken understandably as we will not be able to fill the slot.

Cancellation and rescheduling up to 24hrs before can be done online or by phone or if you are unable to reach us by phone you can by email. We do offer a walk-in service if you do not wish to book an appointment and pay a deposit, we are more than happy to see you if we have time.

Being late

If you are late we will need to adjust the time of your service, if we are not able to carry out the treatment in the necessary time we will unfortunately not be able to carry out the treatment as it is not fair to keep the next client who arrived on time waiting . This will cause loss of your deposit.
We understand things do come up, but this policy is common in an appointment-based business.
